Research on detection of concentration of ash in coal based on LIBS

摘要:

将激光诱导击穿光谱技术应用于煤质中灰分含量的定量分析。利用10组已知样品作为校正样本,使用偏最小二乘方法建立灰分含量整体含量的定量分析模型;之后将3个预测样本输入模型进行检验。结果表明,LIBS技术结合PLS方法能够检测出煤质中灰分整体含量,预测结果的平均相对误差(REP)约为8.43%,并且说明LIBS技术具有在线检测煤质灰分含量的能力。

Abstract:

The laser induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) has been used to detected the concentration of ash in coal. Applied the partial least squares (PLS) method on 10 selected samples which are known as the calibration samples to establish quantitative analysis regression on models of the whole ash content. Then, use 3 untested samples to test the result of quantitative analysis regression models. The result shows that the laser induced breakdown spectroscopy combined with partial least squares method can detect the concentration of ash content in coal. The average relative errors (REP) are less than 8% mass fraction. The experiment verifies the applicability of the laser induced breakdown spectroscopy in synchronization measurement of ash content in coal.
